- Who we are - EricSundwall.ORG is run by EricSundwall.NET which is owned by Eric Sundwall. “Our” contact information can be found on the contact page. If you need a physical address because you’re a local, State or Federal Agency . . . that means we’ll probably be getting a knock on the door or just have it broken down anyway. But seriously, just call before you stop through, our phone number is also on the contact page.
- What personal data we collect and why we collect it - so far we haven’t collected any personal data from anyone that we are aware of. We’d like to collect emails from subscribers soon and will reflect that change in the policy version when that occurs. We’re just covering our arse because the good folks at WordPress suggested we create this policy and gave a nice template to start. We might be interested in any classified government documents that should be shared for the sake of the collective human well being . . . but right now it's all about the writing.
- Comments - As of January 1, 2023 the website http://ericsundwall.org does not accept comments on any current or past posts. Selective future posts may have the option. In such a case, we reserve all rights to the submitted and accepted comments. Only comments from verified users or individuals will be posted. It’s not that a “community” is unwanted as much as the prospect that a new site is likely only to attract spamming trolls more than earnest readers. Look for the post “Letters to the Editor” in the near future from the date of this post. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Media - As of January 1, 2023, no media is accepted or posted to http://ericsundwall.org that is not exclusively owned by EricSundwall.NET. Links to websites with media content may occur on certain posts by the author. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Contact Forms - As of January 1, 2023 no contact forms are available or necessary on http://ericsundwall.org. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Cookies - One thing generally known about Eric Sundwall is that his love for cookies exceeds that of any love for country or imaginary friend in the sky. Should cookies at the website become necessary . . . Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Analytics - seem like they would be cool if proper ciphering by our backend staff of them can be had in between fascinating bits about the front end of the Universe. It would be great to have a powerful suite of tools that would allow The ORG to overcome constant cash flow issues and no prospects of success like those parasitical firms that attach themselves to the needs of the BORG. By default WordPress does not collect any analytics data. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Who we share your data with . . . no one? For now . . .there are no partners, cloud-based services, payment processors, or third party service providers associated with The ORG. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- How long we retain your data . . . if we even see it, it's soon forgotten. Age does that. If we did . . . it would be: contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- What rights you have over your data . . . how should we know? Asserting such rights now, presumes legal counsel can be afforded to the operation. Or . . . if one were to get philosophical and approach this issue as one of real consequence, you can have it back, if you think we have it. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Where your data is sent . . . well, if you’ve made it this far into the Privacy Policy with real concerns, maybe you are some deep state panty-waist from the European Union and we’re not sure what you’re actually looking for or need. The GDPR is certainly an imposing piece of Continental Chicanery. If people can’t read www.ericsundwall.org in Europe because some zealot from the European Commission (or the likes) wants to impose some draconian diktat of Statist Privilege then maybe we’ll send a special correspondent to you in order to get to the bottom of this. We’re serious. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Contact Information - we won’t contact you. You can contact us. If you want your information expunged from our data centers, we will comply. Existence is Puerile.
- Additional information - From our Publisher’s, Editor-in-chief and Special Reporter’s perspective, the giving of “special packet” to Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen for admission to the EU on April 8, 2022 seemed patently absurd in the face of the ongoing invasion by Russia. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- How we protect your data - while our parent company EricSundwall.NET does specialize in Information Technology and Cyber Security, we have not asked them to review this WordPress website. It is our assumption that they do hire people to keep their service up to date. If the EU seeks to hold us accountable, we will flee to Canada via the Northway, ask New York State if we were tracked.
- What data breach procedures we have in place - see above.
- What third parties we receive data from - JetPack? Crowdsignal? S2Member? Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data - nothing. We give up. Take it all. Any updates will be included in subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy.
- Industry regulatory disclosure requirements - We’re sorry Officer Friendly. Take it all if the First Amendment doesn’t apply.
